Sadie is a nomadic artist originally from Ontario, currently working on Vancouver Island out of ‘Betty’, a short blue bus. She graduated from Sheridan College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Illustration.
Sadie's work is full of texture and colour, it often consists of eyes and faces. She imagines the eyes and face to be a representation and symbol of the soul as there are many shapes, colours, and sizes. She uses the eyes and face as a box to work around, this allows for constant exploration with traditional and digital media.
